I am a sociologist whose mission is to bring innovative justice to our society through rigorous and creative scholarship. Author of several papers on racial inequality, social capital, and racially diverse religious networks, my work combines in-depth qualitative interviews with network analysis and experiments to understand the mechanisms that reinforce inequality.
